Fantastic service from the second I made the purchases, kept up to date at all times and bulb and tubes arrived in fantastic time and with excellent packaging, no chance of anything getting broken. I installed two blue plus t5 tubes and there fantastic and give of a much nicer light than the previous marine blue Arcadia ones, I also fitted a 14k 150w halide bulb and am just as impressed with that to. Cannot wait for the heaters to come back into stock :) much much better quality than most products costing more than double the price

Just thought I would drop you mail to say how impressed I was with the service received by your Team. 1st off was the 3 for 2 offer, what a fantastic deal that was – for the same Juwel branded light tubes it would of cost over £75! I paid £27.98………….do the math, and service received on the website ‘chat’, the guy was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff. 2nd was the packing – unbelievably well packed, and Next Day delivery (at no extra cost). Ordered a light unit and bulbs before xmas on free delivery and they were still with me next day! The packaging is second to none, and everything is really well wrapped to protect against damage. I ordered on Tuesday morning Wednesday afternoon they were here! I ordered two 14k 150 watt bulbs great colour. The packing is the best I have ever seen and I have worked in the aquatic trade. The price was the best around by far so I did expect them to be yellow, but no way they are a nice White bulb. Cheers guys

Have used this company a few times and would highly recommend to ever one the products are top quality at great price and I would not buy any where else. The t5 light bulbs are great, high output and deep penetration. The new heaters are great nice clear display and my tank never drops or increases more than half a degree. Even if their is a problem which I have had Andrew will fix it quickly I mean really quickly. So why would you want to waste time looking round when these guys are the best.

Well I thought you might like to know what the 36x12x15 tank looks like after 3 weeks running just two tubes for 8 hours daily ; the attached photo shows what the growth has been. I know it is not like the manicured photos that get published in PFK but I've already had to prune the tops of my Cabomba, Ambulia and Hygrophila by about 12" and replant the cuttings back in the tank due to the fantastic growth achieved already and of course the fish love the denseness as it makes them feel safe when they arrive as new inmates.

Just fitted new tubes and new iQuatics reflectors. Remarkable improvement, corals love it, just remember to remove protective film from reflector before use. Great stuff, fantastic prices.
