Myhermes Delivery
This is our free delivery service and is a 3-5 working day (Mon-Fri) service, please ensure that the allocated delivery time has passed before raising a queary with iQuatics.

Uk Mail Delivery
Orders sent via UKMail should be delivered by 6pm the next working day, provided they were ordered before the 3.30pm deadline. Delays can occur in the delivery chain, iQuatics is not able to refund postage costs for delays to deliveries that are out of our control.

UPS Delivery
Orders sent via UPS should be delivered by 6pm the next working day, provided they were ordered before the 3.30pm deadline. Delays can occur in the delivery chain, iQuatics is not able to refund postage costs for delays to deliveries that are out of our control.

Royal Mail Delivery
Some items will be dispatched via Royal Mail services, if you have recieved a Royal Mail tracking number
From time to time delays can occur in the courior chain, please check your tracking to see if any delays have been noted. If you believe there could be a problem with your delivery please contact us as soon as possible, with so many deliveres taking place it’s impossible for us to track them all so we can only look into problems when we are made aware of them.
Our aim is to rectify all delivery issues within 24 hours.
