How Do I Cancel My Order?

If for some reason you need to cancel your order with iQuatics, there are a couple of simple options available.

Order Not dispatched Yet

If your order has not been dispatched and you have not received your dispatched email notification please contact our Customer Services Team on 0845 269 7417 quoting your order number and name.

Order Has Been Dispatched or Delivered.

If your order has been delivered by one of our carriers or you have recieved the dispatched email notifiction, there are 2 ways to arrange to cancel the order.

  • Simply log into your account, under the My Account section click on RMA, then request New RMA.
  • You will be given a unique RMA number. Please make your RMA number clear on the packaging.  Please give as much information as possible on the reson for your return.
  • You will be contacted by a member of the iQuatics Customer Service Team to confrim the return.  
  • PLEASE DO NOT RETURN YOUR ORDER UNTIL AUTHORISED.
 Alternatively please contact our Customer Services Team on 0845 269 7417 quoting your order number and name and we will be more than happy to arrange the return for you.
