iQuatics aim to ship all orders recieved before 3.30pm the same working day, (Monday – Friday) orders placed on Fridays after this time are processed and dispatched the following Monday.
Orders requesting one of our next day delivery services must be placed before 3pm, orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day on a next day service.
When your order is processed and ready for shipping iQuatics will update you via email with any tracking information you may require, if you do not recieve this email you can also check the status of your parcel by logging into your customer account on the iQuatics website .
Depending which delivery service you selected you can track your parcel by clicking the tracking link in your email (shown below) or on the individual couriers website.
